Figure 2 refers to "ROS", though this aspect is not discussed further in the article. If you wish to retain reference to electron leak to oxygen in the Figure, I recommend that you refer to the univalent reduction of oxygen to superoxide anion radical instead, as this is the known product, whereas "ROS" is not well defined, and we probably don't want to recommend its use.
