O2k-Fluo LED2-Module
Description | The O2k-Fluorescence Module is a modular extension of the Oxygraph-2k, adding a new dimension to HRR. Optical probes are inserted through the front window of the O2k-glass chambers, for measurement of hydrogen peroxide production (Amplex red), ATP production (Mg green), mt-membrane potential (Safranin), Ca2+ (Ca green), and numerous other applications open for O2k-user innovation.
The O2k-Fluorescence Module can be applied as an add-on to the Oxygraph-2k Core Unit (O2k-MultiSensor system). |

Fluorometry
Components
The O2k-Fluorescence Module consists of optical probes for both O2k-chambers (green and blue excitation), optical filters, front fixation of the optical probes to the glass windows of the O2k-chambers, electronic control of light intensity, data input into the Oxygraph-2k Core Unit (O2k-MultiSensor system), and the new DatLab software.
- 2 Fluorescence sensors, green and blue emission with photodiode and filters
- 1 Electronic Current Control for regulation of light intensity
- 1 Front Fixation for fluorescence sensors to O2k-glass chamber
- 1 Registration fee waived for the O2k-Fluorometry Workshop.

News
The first series of the O2k-Fluorescence Module will be completed by beginning of April 2012, and will be delivered in April 2012, for orders received by end of January 2012.
O2k-Fluorometry Workshop
- O2k-Fluorometry Workshop from 15 to 16 March 2012, Innsbruck, Austria.
Upgrading the Oxygraph-2k Basic
- The Oxygraph-2k Core Unit does not require any upgrading, and fully supports the O2k-Fluorescence Module.
- The Oxygraph-2k 20000-44 (Series E), or O2k (Series A-D) requires the O2k-MultiSensor electronic upgrading. The O2k-MultiSensor System fully supports the O2k-Fluorescence Module. Two black PEEK stoppers (with single central titration port) are included in the O2k-Fluorescence Module.
