O2k-Core HRR
The O2k-Core HRR or O2k-Core does not include, but fully supports and is required for the O2kβModules:
The O2k-Core HRR is a complete experimental system[1] ready for standard experiments on high-resolution respirometry. The O2k-Core consists of the following components:
- 1 Peltier thermostat (2 to 47 Β°C; Β±0.001 Β°C)
- 2 Duran glass chambers
- 2 Polarographic oxygen sensors (POS)
- 2 Amperometric POS channels with variable polarization voltage
- 2 PVDF stirrers and electromagnetic control
- 1 Barometric pressure transducer
- 1 DatLab 4 (Windowsβ’) data acquision and analysis (USB-stick)
- 1 Registration fee is waived for an O2k-Workshop
- World-wide delivery, shipment, insurance, packing and handling included.
- 2 Potentiometric channels for ion sensitive electrodes (ISE: TPP+, Ca2+; pH), providing the basis for add-on of the O2k-MultiSensor Modules
- 2 Amperometric channels with variable polarization voltage, providing the basis for add-on of the O2k-Fluorescence Module or NO (H2S) sensors.
O2k-Core Accessories are included:
- 1 O2k-Accessory box for POS service, spare membranes
- 1 Integrated Suction System ISS, to remove medium from the O2k-chamber, stainless steel housing with suction pump, 2-liter waste bottle
- 6 Titration microsyringes 10 mm3
- 6 Titration microsyringes 25 mm3
- 2 Titration microsyringes 50 mm3
- 3 Spare plungers for 10 mm3 syringe
Notes
- β A PC is required (not included), connecting DatLab to the O2k via a USB port. Minimum requirement: Pentium III, 256 MB, Win 2000β’ or Win XPβ’.
