| Our latest developments have led to the introduction of the [[O2k-Fluorometer]], combining high-resolution respirometry ([[O2k-Core]]) with fluorometry ([[O2k-Fluo LED2-Module]]). A multitude of fluorescent markers and filter sets enables determination of diverse mitochondrial processes in addition to oxygen consumption, including generation of reactive oxygen species, ATP production, mitochondrial membrane potential and Ca2+, extendable by user-specific innovations.
